Career Fair

Workshops to prepare for the STEAM² Career Fair will take place in the coming weeks.

• 10/2 @ 5pm – 6pm: “How to Career Fair.” A workshop discussing strategies for College of Sciences students to get the most out of STEAM²

• 10/8 @ 9am – 2pm: Resume Blitz in preparation for STEAM² (students can come to the Career Development Center between 9am – 2pm for a 15-minute resume tune-up; no appointment needed!)

• 10/10 @ 12:30pm – 1:30pm:  “How to Career Fair.” A workshop discussing strategies for College of Sciences students to get the most out of STEAM² (this session will be a lunch & learn–students are encouraged to bring their lunch with them)

• 10/11 @ 9am – 4pm: College of Sciences Mock Interview Day (mock interviews with employers, limited availability; students can sign up starting later this week via ePACK)

• 10/11 @ 5:30pm – 7pm: STEM Industry Networking Night (event is in Talley)

• 10/15 (all day): Lord Corp. Day in College of Sciences (more details to come–not yet in ePACK)

• 10/17, 10am – 3pm: STEAM² Career Expo in Talley

Remember, if this career fair does not include companies you are looking for in your discipline, there will be other opportunities (through departmental visits, workshops or other campus career fairs) to meet more companies.
