REU at NC A&T State University
The REU Summer Program in Data Science and Analytics is part of the growing data science program at NC A&T State University. Students will participate in well-structured undergraduate research projects, training workshops, seminars and colloquia featuring guest speakers, and will present their results at conferences. Students will acquire several skills including hands-on experiences to help them become great researchers in the future.
- Program Dates: May 24 – July 17, 2020
- Application Review: Beginning April 1, 2020
- Eligibility: Undergraduate students majoring in any field of science, mathematics, engineering, computer science or business who are USA citizens or Permanent Residents, and have a minimum 3.0 GPA
- Award: The program offers participants a research stipend of $3,500, room and board of $2,500 for eight weeks, and travel support to and from NC of $300 for a total of $6,300
