Call for Presenters! – ACC Meeting of the Minds – Deadline 2-23-21

The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is honored to host the 15th annual ACC Meeting of the Minds! The event will take place via Symposium by ForagerOne on April 9-10, 2021, when five students from each ACC school will present their research via an online conference.

The Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) Meeting of the Minds conference is held each spring and is hosted by one of the 15 ACC member schools. It is funded in part by revenue from athletic events. The conference celebrates undergraduate research and provides an opportunity for sharing ideas and collaboration. 

The Office of Undergraduate Research (OUR) at NC State is looking for students wanting to share their research and participate in this prestigious gathering of the top ACC undergraduate researchers.  To apply use the link below to complete the application and have a letter of recommendation from a faculty mentor emailed to Heather King at hking@ncsu.edu by the deadline.

In 2020, the 15th annual conference was canceled due to COVID-19, but the program and student abstracts from 2020 are available here.

ACC member schools include: Boston College, Clemson University, Duke University, Florida State University, Georgia Tech, NC State University, Syracuse University, University of Louisville, University of Miami, University of North Carolina, University of Notre Dame, University of Pittsburgh, University of Virginia, Virginia Tech, and Wake Forest University.
