Welcome back, Wolfpack!  

We hope everyone had an awesome summer and is ready for an exciting new semester! From the Moonlight Howl and Run to Packapalooza, our NC State alumni have countless memories from the start of each school year. On our end, this summer consisted of onboarding Summer Scholar interns and many new full-time Analysts – keep reading to see the familiar faces of NC State alumni! We are ready to kick off another great recruiting season and look forward to connecting with you over the coming weeks.

Alumni Spotlight

Deloitte brought on 19 NC State alumni as full time hires throughout 2022! The new Wolfpack alums relocated to many new regions, spreading NC State pride all across the country. Deloitte and NC State have had a great recruiting partnership for many years now and we continue to be impressed by the talent on this campus from all areas of study. Check out what just a few of these NC State grads have been up to since graduating!

Drew Balsbough graduated from NC State with a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering. He started with Deloitte this past June, and is currently an Analyst in our Technology Services Optimization offering out of the Charlotte office.
 
Favorite first week of class memory: Getting breakfast with friends after class!

Yusraa Rashidi majored in Business Administration with an Information Technology concentration while attending NC State. Yusraa started at Deloitte this past June and currently works as an analyst within the Core Business Operations offering portfolio working in Quality Engineering.
 
Favorite first week of class memory: Being back on campus after the summer break and meeting new people!
Ali Hida graduated from NC State with a B.S. in Business Administration and a concentration in Marketing. He currently works as an analyst within the Supply Chain and Network Operations offering at Deloitte.
 
Favorite first week of class memory: Playing pickleball outside of Talley after class and acquiring every free T-shirt he could get his hands on!
Tim Ng graduated from NC State with a B.S. in Business Administration and an Information Technology concentration. He currently helps clients as a screening and interviewing coordinator.
 
Favorite first week of class memory: Reconnecting with friends after the long summer break and grabbing a meal together at Cook Out!
Sarah Gluck graduated in May 2022 with a major in Business Administration and an Information Technology concentration, and a minor in Law and Justice. She is currently working in our Quality Engineering offering within Core Business Operations.
 
Favorite first week of class memory: Catching up with friends and attending RecFest – Go Pack!
Elli Harman graduated this past spring with a degree in Business Administration in May 2019. Upon starting at Deloitte, Elli has been working in Oracle HR Transformation. Her current role supports global design for an implementation project.
 
Favorite first week of class memory: Going to Packapalooza with all of my new friends and walking down Hillsborough St. to see all of the exhibits, vendors, and artists!
Chris Caruso graduated from NC State in December 2021 with a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering. At Deloitte, he is working on a service management project for a power and utilities client.
 
Favorite first work of class memory: Attending Packapalooza!
Taylor Willis graduated from NC State in with a double major in Finance and International Studies with a focus in sustainable development. At Deloitte, he is working on a higher-ed strategy project, performing budget analysis and funding assessments.
 
Favorite first work of class memory: Playing soccer with friends from my residence hall at Dorothea Dix Park!
