As part of the program, participants will be accepted into a national cohort of student leaders and paired with junior- and senior-level mentors at Deloitte Consulting. These mentors will be the focal point of a participant’s network, and will help guide an experience that includes:

  • Network building with Deloitte leaders based on industry and functional interests
  • Career coaching and exposure to opportunities in consulting
  • Preparing and practicing for applications & interviews, including resume review and case practice

Who should apply?

Wolfpack Alumni Spotlight

Alex Rafael Rojas

Alex graduated from NC State in 2020 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Microbiology and again in 2021 with a Master of Microbial Biotechnology. He is a current analyst within Deloitte and is based out of our Charlotte office. His most recent project experiences include managing project financials for a large internal investment into Deloitte’s Life Sciences and Healthcare industry. Alex works in a strategy and project management role for a multi-hospital acquisition, assisting with the integration of a large health-tech acquisition for a national health retailer.

When asked what advice Alex would give his college-self, he replied: “Assess your healthy habits now and stick to them, as life may get hectic and demands may pull you in multiple directions. This includes regular gym schedules, weekly times or activities that help you decompress, and regularly scheduled calls with friends you wish to maintain long-term.” In a few weeks, Alex will support Deloitte’s Smart Factory ecosystem by helping to advance their sales and vision.
