Paid Summer Internship for College Students
The Shelton Leadership Center is seeking college students for paid internships this summer as a part of the Red Hat Shelton Challenge.
Students in these roles will have the opportunity to deepen their own leadership skills, build relevant professional skills, such as the ability to work on diverse, intergenerational teams, communication, and critical thinking, and contribute to a transformative experience that impacts their local and state communities.

Are you interested in returning to the Shelton Challenge? Applications are open for opportunities for program graduates and volunteers to join us again at the 2024 Shelton Challenge and take their values-based leadership skills to the next level.
JOIN OUR STAFF!
CMT Position
The Coach/Mentor/Trainer (CMT) position is a one-week experience during the Shelton Challenge for college students. During the Challenge, CMTs will assist with the facilitation of curriculum, activities, reflection, and student engagement.
Compensation: $600
Housing and meals will also be included.

Summer Internship
The Shelton Challenge has opportunities for college students to apply for a summer internship with the program. This paid role provides experience in the administrative, logistical, and programming elements of the Shelton Challenge.
Compensation range: $4,000-4,500
