Wake Tech Math Competition 2025

Registration for the 2025 Wake Tech Math Competition is now open. The math competition will be held on February 22nd at Wake Tech’s South Campus. You can find the event listing here for more information.

A few important details when registering:

• Registration is $20 per student; the payment details are available on the form.
• Registration closes February 8th.
• Students must be enrolled at a college or university and must not hold a bachelor’s degree.
• If multiple students from the same college are competing together as a group, we ask that an advisor fill out only one form and list all students on it.
• The Team competition is for teams of up to 4. On the day of the competition, you will split your students up into teams.
• Every participant will compete in the same team competition. However, there are two individual exams to choose from. A Mathematics Applications exam (wide variety of topics, does not require calculus knowledge) and a Calculus exam (mostly Calc I and II; Calc III material is possible). When registering, indicate what exam each student is taking.
