State of North Carolina Undergraduate Research & Creativity Symposium (SNCURCS)

Students are strongly encouraged to gain research communication and presentation experience through this State of North Carolina Undergraduate Research and Creativity Symposium. Submit Your Humanities Research to the Macksey Symposium!

The Richard Macksey National Undergraduate Humanities Research Symposium brings together students across all fields of the humanities to present their work to a national audience. The 2026 Macksey Symposium will be held from March 19-21, 2026, on the Johns Hopkins University Homewood Campus in Baltimore. Submissions will be accepted from September 2 through December 1, 2025. Submit your research proposal here and learn more about the symposium here!
