Paris Lewis

Math major Paris Lewis presented her research poster, “Noise Quantification in Dynamical Systems,” at the Nebraska Conference for Undergraduate Women in Mathematics, held January 30–February 1, 2026. Her work highlights the strength of the undergraduate research in applied mathematics in our department. We are proud of Paris for representing our department and our undergraduate programs so well at this national conference.

The Nebraska Conference for Undergraduate Women in Mathematics brings together undergraduate students from across the country to share research, attend plenary talks, and engage with peers and faculty mentors in the mathematical sciences. The annual conference provides a platform for young scholars to showcase their work while building professional networks within the mathematics community.
