We are excited to invite local K–12 students to our upcoming Math Circle celebration on Sunday, April 19, from 1:30 pm to 4:00 pm on the second floor of SAS Hall. This event offers two specialized tracks: a Beginner Group featuring interactive talks by Dr. Maria Droujkova of Natural Math, and an Advanced Group for upper elementary and middle schoolers led by Assistant Professor Xiao Shen and Postdoctoral Scholar Alec Payne. Participants will enjoy 1.5 hours of classroom discovery followed by our signature “emporium-style” rotation, where they will tackle hands-on puzzles alongside NC State faculty and student volunteers to build confidence and problem-solving skills.
