“Let’s Talk” Sessions

A Mental Health Drop-in Space for the College of Sciences every Tuesday and Thursday from 12-2pm in the Bureau of Mines. Let’s Talk meetings are not therapy. They are informal sessions that are non-committal spaces for immediate support, whether that means learning a coping skill to address a current stressor, working through a one time concern, or learning more about counseling services.

Mindful Mondays

Join us at the Bureau of Mines every other Monday from 1:00 to 2:00pm. for Mindful Mondays. This initiative provides a supportive space where you can practice mindfulness and explore grounding techniques, helping you stay centered, reduce stress, and cultivate a greater sense of presence in your everyday life.

Wellness Wednesdays

Wellness Wednesdays create a dedicated space to nurture mental physical, and academic well-being with the College of Sciences. Join us every other Wednesday to unwind, recharge, and find balance amidst the demands of classes and daily life. RSVP.
