It is with great enthusiasm that I have the opportunity to announce to the College this year’s nominees for the Staff Awards for Excellence.  Your colleagues, listed below, have been nominated by supervisors and peers for the most prestigious honor bestowed upon non-faculty employees.  This award recognizes the outstanding accomplishments and contributions of individual employees, above and beyond an employee’s normal job responsibilities.

The College will celebrate these nominees and their accomplishments at a celebration and reception on Thursday, April 17th at 1:00 – 2:30 pm in Witherspoon Student Center.  At that time, I will announce the 2 nominees who have been selected by the College of Sciences Awards for Excellence Committee to move on to the University level and compete with candidates from across Campus for even higher recognition.
