Polymath Jr program – online, summer 2022

Dear NCUWM participants,

I would like to invite you to apply for a unique summer research program for undergraduate students – the Polymath Jr program. Now in its third year, this program focuses on collaborative research with a goal of providing opportunities to every undergraduate who wishes to explore advanced mathematics. The Polymath Jr program consists of research projects in a variety of mathematical topics. Each project is mentored by an active researcher with experience in undergraduate mentoring. Under the mentor’s guidance, a group of students works towards solving a research problem and writing a paper. 

This summer the Polymath program will run between June 20 – August 14, taking place entirely online. Each participant can decide what they want their level of involvement in the program to be. For more information, please see the program’s web page https://geometrynyc.wixsite.com/polymathreu.
