SUM Series: “Math Honors Presentations”
On April 16, the last SUM Series of the semester marked a successful collaboration between the Math Honors Program, led by Dr. Min Kang and the SUM Series to showcase the research of our honors students. The SUM series was restarted through efforts of the SUM Club and the Undergraduate Success committee led by Dr. Tye Lidman.
Congratulations! to our Math Honors students on their impressive presentations: Megan Vezzetti, Roy Hosek, Shannon Jenkins, Arvin Kushwaha and Josh Ott. We also extend our gratitude to their dedicated research mentors: Dr. Hangjie Ji, Dr. Alex Sizemore, Dr. Tristan Griffith, r. Radmila Sazdanovic, Dr. Bojko Bakalov, Dr. Vladi Skokov for their guidance and support.
A big thank you to Dr. Elizabeth Dempster for the delicious donuts, and thank you to everyone who attended and showed their support for our outstanding students.
