MS in Analytics information session – Oct. 23

NC State's Institute for Advanced Analytics is hosting an information session about our Master of Science in Analytics (MSA) program on Wednesday, Oct. 23 at 6 pm. Math majors interested in this program need to register to attend -- this is a great opportunity to hear from MSA students, alumni, and our admissions team (plus, we'll provide pizza).

U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) 2020 Summer Research Team Program for Minority Serving Institutions

Undergraduate students receive a $600 weekly stipend. Faculty receive a $1,200 weekly stipend and are encouraged to apply for up to $50,000 in follow-on funding at the end of their appointment. Graduate students receive a $700 weekly stipend.

Spring 2020 Research Course with Study Abroad to Prague

This spring, the Office of Undergraduate Research is debuting a new course - USC 260: Research as a Profession. This 2 credit course integrates a research or creative inquiry project (in any discipline) with study abroad during spring break to the European Center in Prague. Students will be able to complete their research project while exploring Prague and the Czech Republic. GEP: Interdisciplinary Perspectives and Global Knowledge.
